A Close = lead moved to Enrolled (signed & first payment). A Show = call attended (outcome not “No-show”). Leads with no Meta tag land in Direct / non attribué — new leads get tagged automatically once the Meta URL parameters are live. Revenue = closes × $2,990 (the Private program). Spend: type each source’s Meta spend for the selected period — CAC (spend ÷ closes) turns green below $2,990 and red above it. A source with real spend and 0 close is where budget is leaking.

By demographics

Gender isn't collected on the form today — add one question if you want to split by gender. Age comes from the questionnaire; country from the lead's country field.

Timing

“Lead → call” = days from applying to the scheduled call date. “Call → payment” = days from the call to the first payment. (The exact “time to book” isn't available yet — Calendly only sends the call date, not the moment the booking was made.)

Gmail

Connect your Gmail so your email exchanges are logged onto each contact automatically. Each teammate connects their own inbox (@themaisonamarine.com).

Time zone

All dates and appointment times are shown in this time zone. Saved on this device only, so each teammate can pick their own.

Connection

Supabase connected

Everything syncs live across all devices and team members through your Supabase database — applications, students, notes, tasks, pipeline stages, tags, follow-ups and appointments. If your connection drops, changes are saved on this device and pushed automatically as soon as you are back online.

Your booking links

Add a link per call type (e.g. Selection call, Follow-up call). They appear as buttons in the Appointments tab. To import existing appointments, export them as CSV from Calendly then use Import appts (CSV) below.

Data & backup

Clear manual / imported appts removes appointments added by hand or via CSV (those without a 📅 badge). Your real synced Calendly appointments are untouched, they return on the next Sync.
